Brief about the project:

1. Buildings consumes 40% less energy than conventional buildings.
2. The project comprises of hospital block has patient rooms, consultant rooms, labs, imaging & diagnostic facilities, OT’s & allied services etc. The total built up area of all buildings is around 43,548 sq. m.
3. The overall WWR of the building is around 25%.
4. Project has Water cooled chiller with VFD fan control having COP of 6.2
5. The building has designed operating with a Lighting Power Density (LPD) of 6.4 W/sq. m.
6. Project has EPI Ratio 0.817
