1. The project is a warehousing project. Land area is 7 acres (28496.77 Sq.M.)
2. Consists of 2 identical warehouses which are pre-engineered structures.
3. A 3 storied RCC building with warehouse on Ground Floor & First Floor.
4. Second Floor is mixed use with offices, dormitories, cafetaria etc. Dormitories and Bedrooms have not been considered for certification.
5. The basement consists of a Pump Room. The Ground Floor also has an electrical panel room.
