Brief about the project:
- The Global Infocity Park is an IT Park building consists of three basements, ground floor and thirteen typical office space levels, house and terrace floor etc. The maximum height of the building from ground floor to terrace level is 58.4m. So that the proposed building is to be considered a High-rise Building as the height of the building is more than 30.0m and above as per NBC norms. Two fire tanks with capacity of 150 m³ on each and fire pump room is located in second basement.
