Brief about the project:

  1. This financing program aims to drive the uptake of energy-efficient technologies uses. The project team analyzed investment requirements for energy-efficient measures, including shading, walls, roofs, glass, lighting, HVAC, and rooftop solar PV.
  2. The financing mechanism is expected to increase sales of energy-efficient appliances by 15% in 2021, 50% in 2025, and 85% in 2030, reducing energy consumption by 168 GWh and CO2 emissions by 0.2 million tons by 2030, resulting in electricity savings of approximately USD 36.92 million.
